The ingredients used for bibimbap are salted chicken essence and various seasonings according to personal taste. The traditional rice is only mixed with sesame oil, but I personally think it’s too greasy, so I switch to some shallot oil. The white and yellow ones feel better.

This is my mixed rice. It is compacted like noodles. It feels like a rice cake. The mixture is very sticky. When I eat it, everyone asks me if I put glutinous rice, but it is actually kneaded with rice. The rice in the traditional laver rice is just loose and flat, but I personally think it's still sticky and chewy. And it is not easy to disperse. (It will be very costly. A large pot of rice is mixed with ten rolls, which is equivalent to three bowls of rice).

Start preparing other ingredients: this is white radish sticks. When preparing to make seaweed rolls, it should be marinated one night. Use sweet and sour marinade. A bag of white vinegar and half a catty of sugar can completely touch the radish sticks. Do not add water to reduce it. Put some salt. This is to increase the flavor. The radish with salty rice is sweet and sour and crispy. It is delicious. You can eat it right away without using it to make seaweed rolls.
