Raspberry Blueberry Jam

Wash the raspberries and blueberries and add the drinking water.

Add rock sugar.
3.
Cover the pot and cook for five minutes on high heat.
4.
Open the lid, change the heat to a low temperature, and keep stirring.
5.
When the jam becomes thick, turn off the heat.
Tips:
After changing to a low heat, be sure to keep stirring to prevent sticking to the pan.
