Raspberries are sweet, sour, flat, slightly hot, non-toxic. Its main effect is to lighten the body and replenish the qi, make the hair not easy to turn white, and the skin is moist and bright.

Raspberry Blueberry Jam

1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries and add the drinking water.

2. Add rock sugar.

3. Cover the pot and cook for five minutes on high heat.
