Raw Crab Congee

Clean the crab surface with a brush and open the crab shell

Remove the 4 parts of crabs, gills, intestines, stomachs, and hearts, and cut the cleaned crabs into small pieces

Wash the rice and put it in a pot to cook into a thick porridge, add the cleaned crab and ginger and shallots

After cooking for 10 minutes, uncover the pot and add salt to taste, continue to reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
