Raw Cucumber/cucumber

Cucumbers can be patted directly with the knife surface. Once the whole pat is broken, it can be cut into a few pieces. If you are afraid of being splashed, just use a fresh-keeping bag like me, and shoot through the fresh-keeping bag. If you put it in the fresh-keeping bag, cut the cucumber to the length you want and then pack it into the bag.

Use a bowl with a little salt to grab the patted melon, pickle it, and pour out the water in the melon.

Chop garlic, chili, coriander, add vinegar and light soy sauce, season to taste, then pour into the marinated melon, stir, and pour sesame oil on it.
