Raw Mustard

One fresh mustard.
2.
Peeled.
3.
Wash the slices and cut some shredded peppers.
4.
Put some salt in a bowl.
5.
Top with vinegar and light soy sauce.
6.
Add some chili juice and sesame oil.
7.
Top with oyster sauce.
8.
Mix well and marinate for ten minutes.
