Raw Squid

Fresh squid, remove the internal organs, wash and cut into strips.

Use vinegar, don't use too much, or it's really sour. Soak for about 10 minutes. Antivirus, delicious. Vinegar must be used.

Shred the onion and carrot, and chop garlic into minced garlic. There must be more minced garlic. I like cucumbers, it's good to add some.
4.
Put some sugar, dried chili noodles, beef powder.
5.
Add some fish sauce or seafood soy sauce.
6.
Put more Korean chili paste.
7.
Mix everything well, sprinkle some coriander and cooked sesame seeds on top.
