I searched for Fangzi, I don’t know why I baked it like this! But I still sent it up cheeky, because the taste is really good~

Raw Sugar Biscuits

1. Weigh all the ingredients, mix the flour and cornstarch evenly and sieve

2. Soften the butter, add powdered sugar, and beat evenly

3. Add egg mixture and mix well

4. Add milk and mix well

5. Add a few drops of vanilla extract

6. Stir well

7. Sift in the sifted flour, stir evenly, and knead into a dough

8. Roll into 2 to 3 mm thin slices, cut off the corners, and evenly divide into rectangles

9. Brush with a layer of milk, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and put in the baking tray

10. Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, about 15 minutes until the surface is slightly golden (adjust according to your own oven)

Tips:

The cut corners can be kneaded into dough again, continue to roll into thin slices, and cut into rectangles
