Red Amaranth and Preserved Egg Soup

Prepare all the ingredients and pick the amaranth into sections.

Put the lard in a hot pan, and stir in the minced garlic.
3.
Add the amaranth, stir fry quickly over high heat.
4.
Pour in water and bring to a boil on high heat.
5.
Add preserved eggs and stir well.
6.
Add salt and stir again.
7.
Put it into a bowl.
