Red Amaranth Wanton

Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Add oil to the minced meat, light soy sauce, pepper, sugar and mix well.

Pick and wash the red amaranth, put it in a pot of boiling water, scald it, remove it in cold water, and chop it.

Put the minced red amaranth into the minced meat and stir evenly, the filling is ready.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put it in the filling, and wrap it in sequence according to your favorite wrapping method.

The wrapped wontons are thin and thick.

Bring the red amaranth soup in the pot to a boil (just blanch the red amaranth soup), put it in the wonton and cook until cooked through.

Season after cooking (I adjusted a little soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil).
