Red Bean and Purple Sweet Potato Soup

Peel off the skin of purple sweet potato and cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of water to a small pot, put the purple sweet potato chunks in, and boil on high heat

Cook until the purple sweet potato is soft and rotten, use a blender to stir the purple sweet potato into a puree
4.
Pour the honey red beans into the mashed purple potato and stir until it becomes a paste.
