Red Bean and Sago Milk Tea
1.
Cook the sago first (the method can refer to the dessert recipe posted earlier)
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the bowl to boil the black jelly
3.
Boil the water in the pot and add the boiled jelly until it boils for a while
4.
Wait to cool down
5.
Put the red beans in a pressure cooker and boil (boiled is better)
6.
After the fragrant piaopiao milk tea is opened, add appropriate amount of sugar and put it in the refrigerator
7.
Put the red bean and sago black jelly milk tea together to finish
Tips:
1. The red beans must be soaked in advance before they can be boiled.
2. The sago must be completely cooked and transparent.
3. Milk tea is sweetened because too much water is added, and there is no sweetness, only fragrance.
