Red Bean Barley Spine Soup

Soak red beans and barley in water for three hours in advance.

Accessories are spare.

Wash the ribs, blanch in a pot under cold water, remove and rinse with warm water.

Put red beans, barley, ribs, green onions, ginger, cooking wine in the casserole, and pour some hot water. Bring to a boil with high fire, skimming the foam. Bring to a low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add the corn segments and boil for 20 minutes on high heat. Finally, pour in the fresh cordyceps flowers and cook for another 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. Corn can also be replaced with lotus root and carrots, just as delicious.
2. Fresh Cordyceps flowers are not easy to cook for a long time and will lose their nutrients.
