After shaping, put it back in the bread machine and ferment for about an hour. It takes some time in winter. You can also put it in a basin and wrap it with plastic wrap, put it in the oven, boil a bowl of bubbling boiling water and put it in the oven. I changed two in the middle. The second time hot water is sent like this and it doesn’t shrink even if it’s done for the first time.

Take out the made dough and knead the bubbles, divide it into ten small portions, cover with plastic wrap, and proof it

Cover the proofed dough with some red bean paste and make it into a circle

Put it in the mold like this, and ferment it in the oven as before. I changed the hot water twice in the middle

Take the cooked noodles out and brush them with egg mixture, put them in the oven at 150°C and bake for 25 minutes, adjust the temperature according to your own oven
