Red Bean Buns

Put all the main ingredients into the bread bucket and start the kneading program.

After kneading into a smooth dough, add butter and continue kneading.

Knead the dough to the expansion stage.

Start the fermentation process by closing the circle, and ferment to the dough twice as large.

The fermented dough is taken out and divided into eight equal parts.

Take a portion, roll it out, and wrap it with red bean paste.

Close your mouth.

Close the mouth downward, and then gently round.

Prove for about forty minutes until the dough rises, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and preheat the oven.
