Red Bean Cake
1.
Mix 20g of warm water and 5g of yeast, stir with chopsticks to completely dissolve the yeast;
2.
Pour the yeast water into a bowl containing flour;
3.
Pour 200g of warm water that is slightly hot; (when making the noodles, do not pour in the warm water all at once, set aside some, depending on the situation of the noodles, the water absorption is different due to different flours)
4.
Stir the dough with chopsticks while pouring;
5.
And form a smooth dough;
6.
Cover a bowl or plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 30 minutes;
7.
Take out the dough, knead it by hand for a while to exhaust, then knead it into a long strip, pull it into a small agent of uniform size, and knead the bean paste into a uniform ball by the way;
8.
Take a small jelly, knead it into a circle, flatten it, press it thinly, and put in the bean paste ball;
9.
Wrap the red bean paste like a bun;
10.
Then use a rolling pin to roll into a round shape thick in the middle and thin in the side;
11.
Wipe some clean water with your hands, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and press them with your hands; (This way, the sesame seeds will not fall off easily during pancakes!)
12.
Put the right amount of oil in the pan to heat up, put in the red bean paste cake, fry on medium and low heat until both sides are golden brown, and that's it!
13.
The delicious red bean paste cake is out!
Tips:
When mixing the noodles, don't pour warm water all at once, set aside some first, and see how the noodles are mixed. The water absorption varies depending on the flour.
