I have been running out of flour at home. I am so greedy to see that the friends in the group are drying food every day. Now the supermarket is really afraid to go. Fortunately, I bought flour at the entrance of the hospital on a lunch break yesterday. I am so happy! I’m taking a break today, so I can cook at home

Red Bean Cake

1. Wash the red beans and soak in water overnight

2. Weigh the flour

3. Sweetened

4. Add yeast powder and mix well

5. Add milk (add slowly)

6. Flocculent

7. Add eggs and knead into dough

8. Ferment for 4 hours

9. Pour out the water used to soak the red beans, put it in a pressure cooker, add water to the red beans

10. Press for 10 minutes after SAIC, and wait for natural venting

11. Add sugar and mix well

12. Add oil and stir well

13. Put in a bowl for use

14. This is a good noodle

15. Knead the dough, ventilate, cut into a portion, knead into long strips, divide into small doses, and roll the skin

16. Pack red bean paste (this is to make red bean buns)

17. Take another portion, roll it into a slice, put the filling, fold the dough in half, and pinch it tightly

18. Dip some water with your hands, spread it on the dough, sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds, and press with your hands

19. After the pot is heated, add oil, put the noodles in the pot, fry on low heat, fry on one side and then fry on the other side, (red bean buns ~ steamed in a steamer with cold water, steamed for 25 minutes after steaming, and simmered for 5 minutes)

Tips:

Today’s steamed buns are not good-looking and taste okay.
