Red Bean Double Skin Milk

Prepare 500ml of milk, because I make milk powder, so I don’t need to heat it. If fresh milk is used, it must be heated first.

Take 4 egg whites

Mix the egg white and milk and stir gently. Don't use force, so as not to make a lot of bubbles. (Bubble can be filtered once)

After stirring, cover with cling film, then pierce some small holes in the film, and then steam on the pot for 25 minutes.
