Red Bean Muffins

Large collection of ingredients

Diced butter

Low-gluten flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder and mix well

Add the cut butter diced to the mixed powder

Add butter and knead it into coarse cornmeal, leaving about 30g as surface crisps
