Red Bean Pancakes

Make meringue (olive oil/vegetable oil/salad oil, flour), mix it, knead it into a dough, and then wake up for about ten to twenty minutes.

Proof (flour, yeast, milk/water [because I left it as clear, so I use whey instead of water], sugar), knead it into a dough. Put it in a warm place for fermentation, about an hour or so

After the dough is kneaded, it dries into several dough crusts

After the meringue is kneaded, a number of doughs are formed, and then the dough is wrapped in the dough

Wrap the puff pastry like a bun

Dry again into a rectangle

After it’s dry, roll it up again and wake up for 15 minutes

Then roll it into a dough, wake up for another ten minutes, and add the red beans when it dries.
