Red Bean Paste and Sago Rice Dumplings

Add sago to cold water and stir to make it wet.

Add granulated sugar and stir well.

Red bean paste is set aside.

After cutting off the head and tail, soak the zong leaves, remove and drain.

Fold the zong leaves into a funnel shape, scoop into sago and compact.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of red bean paste.
7.
Add sago again and try to compact it.
8.
The zongzi is wrapped tightly and tied with straw rope.
9.
Put the wrapped zongzi into an electric pressure cooker, add water to the zongzi, and steam for 30 minutes.
