Red Bean Paste Pie
1.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the flour and stir with chopsticks while adding it.
2.
Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3.
Divide the large dough into 35g or so small pieces, and knead them round.
4.
Take a small dough, flatten it, press it as thinly as possible, and put an appropriate amount of red bean paste on it.
5.
Seal the mouth, pinch it tightly, and pinch off the excess surface.
6.
Heat the pan, add the red bean paste pie, and bake it over low heat.
7.
Wait for one side to be golden, turn it over and continue to make golden.
Tips:
When filling, the dough should be pressed as thinly as possible, so that there will be no cases where both sides are cooked and the side is not cooked.
Small fires throughout the process, do not use large fires!
