Red Bean Paste Toast

Put the milk, egg, sugar and salt into the bread bucket and mix well. Then add high-gluten flour and yeast.

Start the kneading program.

Add butter after a program is completed. Start the kneading program again.

Knead the dough to the expansion stage.

Proceed to fermentation to 2 times the size.

Take out the fermented dough and knead out the air in the dough.

Roll the dough into large oval pieces.

Spread a layer of bean paste filling on top.

Tighten the seal after rolling up from one end

Put it in a toast box for the second fermentation.

Ferment to 9 minutes full, and brush the egg liquid on the surface.

Put it in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes. Just take it out and let it cool.
Tips:
Spread the bean paste and roll it up. The roll is more important. The baking time and temperature are adjusted according to your own oven.
