Red Bean Porridge

Wash all kinds of food and soak in water for half an hour and then wash again

Put the miscellaneous grains into the tagine pot, pour half of the pot of water, cover the lid and bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until the rice grains bloom and it will not stick to the pot at all.
Tips:
1. After boiling, you don't need to turn on the fire, just simmer it directly.
2. It would be better to soak miscellaneous grains for a while!
