Red Date Chopped Steamed Bun

Hydrate the noodles with yeast powder and stir until there is no dry powder.

Knead and become dough

Ferment twice the size, sprinkle baking soda and knead the dough evenly.
4.
Knead into buns, steam buns over high heat.
5.
The second fermented steamed bun is twice the size and steamed for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. When sprinkling baking soda, knead evenly.
2. Double the size of the second fermentation.
