Red Date Ginseng Chicken Soup

After the fresh chicken is cleaned, cut it into pieces; you can ask the store to do it for this step

Soak red dates and wolfberry in water for a few minutes

After washing the ginseng, slice it

Wash off the ash from red dates, wolfberry, and other impurities

Put all chicken, ginseng, red dates, and wolfberry in the stew pot

Add enough water

Choose "meat" and simmer for 3 hours; after 2.5 hours, add appropriate amount of salt
