Red Date Longan Congee

Prepare ingredients: rice, red dates, longan meat, raisins, wolfberry, iron yam;

After the red dates are washed, cored and cut into pieces; dried longan meat, raisins, and wolfberry are washed, and then squeezed out of the water; after peeling the iron stick yam, wash and cut into cubes;

After the rice is washed, pour it into the inner pot of the rice cooker, and then pour an appropriate amount of water;

Put in the diced yam;

Close the lid, turn on the power, and start the "cooking porridge" program; my rice cooker takes a long time to cook porridge, and it actually only takes 1 hour to cook;

After 30 minutes, add red dates, longan meat, and raisins, stir evenly, and continue to cook for 30 minutes;
