Red Date Longan Congee

A handful of dried longan, peel off the one for later use.

Half a bowl of rice

Cut the yam, red dates, and longan together

Add water to the rice cooker and put the ingredients in. You can put some rock candy in if you like sweet

Switch the rice cooker to cooking mode and start cooking porridge

Turn off the heat when it is boiling in the cooking mode, close the lid and switch to the keep warm mode and simmer for more than 20 minutes

Keep it in the keep warm mode, it will take about twenty minutes. Finally, turn off the power and you can eat it.
Tips:
1. The way to eat this porridge is once in the morning and once in the evening.
2. Remind again not to put too much red dates and longans. People with fever and inflammation (such as toothache) should use it with caution.
