Red Date Meatball Soup

Wash lean pork meat, chop into minced meat, add minced ginger and garlic, add pepper, salt and oyster sauce to serve

Add cooking wine and eggs
3.
Whisk clockwise and pour into the sesame oil
4.
Put oil in the pan, add the chives and stir fry until fragrant
5.
Add water and red dates
6.
Place the meatballs after the water is boiled
7.
Cook until the meatballs float up, add salt and chopped green onion, and you can get out of the pan
Tips:
1. In order to avoid waste, I usually put whole eggs in the meatballs at home, and only add egg whites if I don’t like them.
2. When cooking the meatballs, boil them while skimming the foam
3. The meatballs can be added as long as the water is boiled, and it can be easily shaped into meatballs with chopsticks or spoons.
