Red Date Nut Bread

Prepare the accessories: the red dates are pitted and cut into small cubes. For the nuts, I use pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, and almond slices.

In addition to the butter, all other dough materials are added to the Dongling 1352 bread machine, and the dough is set for 15 minutes.

Add the softened butter and continue mixing for 10 minutes.

When there are 4 minutes left, add red dates and continue kneading.

After kneading the dough, round the dough, put it in the bread machine for a pass, set for 30 minutes.

After the fermentation is over, the fingers are soaked in dry flour, inserted and pulled up, and the hole is not retracted or collapsed.

Take out the dough, make it round after exhausting, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and pat the air bubbles on the sides.

Fold the upper and lower thirds inward.

After turning the dough 90 degrees, roll it out into a long strip and thin the bottom.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Brush the surface of the dough with clean water, and then coat the nuts.

Put the dough into the bucket of the bread machine and choose to ferment for 50 minutes.

After sending to 8 minutes full, choose to bake, the time is 32 minutes.

Baking is over.

Immediately take out the dough bucket, pour out the bread and let cool.
Tips:
1. If a different bread machine is used, the mixing time can be adjusted appropriately.
2. Adding red dates or other fruit materials, it is recommended not to exceed 15% of the amount of flour, otherwise it may affect the fermentation.
3. The nuts on the surface of the bread can be replaced according to your own hobbies.
