Red Date Pumpkin Hair Cake

Prepare all the ingredients and wash the red dates

Knock the eggs into the pumpkin puree and stir evenly

Then add the yeast and stir well

Pour the flour and stir until there is no dry powder

Brush the mold with oil (I used a 7-inch cake mold, you can also use other ones)

Pour the batter and gently flatten it, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the oven for fermentation, 37 degrees, for 1 hour

Fermented to 2 times the size, add red dates and place according to your liking

Steamer on cold water, steam for 25 minutes, turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes before turning on

Take it out and release it when it's not hot
Tips:
The pumpkin puree I use is steamed in advance, and the temperature of the freshly steamed pumpkin puree must be cooled first. The yeast will lose its activity at a temperature above 40 degrees.
