Red Date Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

Wash the lotus seeds and soak them in cold water for 1 hour.

Wash the red dates and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.

Wash the white fungus and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.

Add water to the boiling pot, and boil the lotus seeds in the pot.

After 10 minutes, red dates are cooked in the pot.

After 30 minutes, put the white fungus into the pot and cook.

After 10 minutes, add rock sugar and cook.

Take an appropriate amount of lotus root powder and add water to make a paste.

Put the lotus root powder into a saucepan. Stir constantly to avoid sticking the pot. Boil until the lotus root flour paste is cooked and the thick soup is ready to serve.
Tips:
1. Don't leave the lotus root powder paste in the boiling pot, stir it constantly, otherwise, it will be easy to paste the pot.
2. There is no even lotus root powder that can be replaced with other powders, but the nutrition, efficacy and taste will be compromised.
