Red Date Walnut Crisp

The red dates are pitted and cut into pieces, and the walnuts are cut into small pieces.

Add red dates, walnuts, oats, and flour in a bowl and mix well.

Add butter, syrup and water to the pot, add to low heat and boil. Then add baking soda. Then cool down.

After the butter syrup cools to room temperature, add it to the flour mixture, then add the eggs, and mix well. Then transfer to the baking tray.
5.
Preheat the oven, put it in a baking tray, and bake for 30 minutes until the surface is golden.
Tips:
You can add cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins according to personal preference
