Red Date, Yam and Coix Seed Rice Paste

Wash red dates, Chinese yam, coix seed, and early rice.

Fill it with water. (It's okay to put more water)

Put it into the rice cooker to make a reservation for cooking porridge. Put a piece of rock sugar in the bowl and cook it in the morning.

Put it in a blender and smash. If you forget to put rock sugar and cook, you can put white sugar and stir here.
