Red Dates and Astragalus Black Chicken Soup

Kill a black-bone chicken and wash it well.

Divide into large pieces.

Prepare astragalus, green onion, ginger slices, and Xinjiang jujube.

Put a pot on the fire, add black-bone chicken, green onion, sliced ginger, and water.

Add astragalus slices and jujube.

Turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the chicken is crispy and the soup is thick and white. When eating, put some salt out of the pot.
