Prepare ingredients: rice, wheat germ, brown sugar, red dates;

Wash the rice; soak the red dates in clean water for a few minutes to effectively remove floating dust;

Use kitchen scissors to pit the red dates and cut them into sections;

Put the rice in a casserole and pour enough water;
5.
Put the lid on, turn on the power, and start the "casserole fish" program for 1 hour (my casserole does not have a porridge cooking program, so I chose the "casserole fish" program);

After 30 minutes, add red dates and brown sugar, stir evenly; continue to cook;

After 20 minutes, put in the wheat germ and stir evenly; then turn off the power;
8.
After a few minutes, you can eat [Red Date & Brown Sugar Congee].
Tips:
1. It is enough to eat 3 red dates a day, if it exceeds this amount, it is easy to get angry;
2. The amount of brown sugar depends on personal preference;
3. The wheat germ is ready-to-eat, no need to cook; after the porridge is boiled, just mix in the wheat germ instead of boiling;
