Red Dates and Mung Bean Congee
1.
Wash the rice first, and wash as many times as possible, otherwise there will be bugs in the rice
2.
Then let the mung beans net for 30 minutes. If they are not clean, they need to cook more, otherwise the mung beans will be hard to eat and affect the taste.
3.
Then wash the red dates. If you don’t like to eat red dates, you can leave the ones you like or put more, but the amount of red dates is better.
4.
After the mung beans are cleaned, just wash it a few times
5.
After washing everything, put it in the pot together. Put more water or it will be as waterless as the rice after it’s cooked.
6.
Immediately after the cover is covered, I prefer softer ones, so cook for an hour and a half, but if the mung beans are cleaned for long enough, you can cook for only one hour.
7.
You can also put rock sugar in brown sugar according to personal preference. The amount depends on how sweet you like. I prefer to eat sweets and put more. If it is not sweet enough, I will put some later.
8.
You can put the sugar in in an hour, and then cook it for half an hour
Tips:
Don’t choose the red dates that are too hard, choose some soft mung beans and also choose them selectively
