Red Dates and Sago Porridge

The sago was soaked in clean water before going to bed last night. This morning, the sago absorbed the water.

Wash the red dates, remove the pit, and diced

Boil the water and add the sago. The soaked sago will be almost transparent in 1 minute.

Pick up and rinse with clean water 3 times to clean the gum
5.
Cook the porridge and add rock sugar
6.
Add red date diced, cover and boil for 3 minutes
7.
Add sago, do not need to cover, stir well, boil for 1 minute
Tips:
1. The sago can be boiled until transparent after soaking for 1~2 minutes. If it has not been soaked, it will take at least 7~8 minutes;
2. Red dates are easy to taste when diced.
