Red Dates and Yam Chicken Soup

Chop the bought native chicken into small pieces and soak in clean water to get rid of blood.

Then put it in a pot of cold water and boil on high fire, add the cooking wine to remove the fishy, skim the surface foam, and put it into the plate.

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, wash and set aside red dates.

Then put the blanched chicken nuggets into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add green onion, ginger and red dates.

Add an appropriate amount of water. (The amount of water is added according to personal needs)

Cover the lid of the rice cooker and press the soup button for two hours.
7.
Peel the yam, wash it, and cut into pieces with a hob.
8.
After boiling the soup for an hour, add yam cubes and continue boiling.
9.
Add salt and chicken powder to taste five minutes before serving.

A pot of delicious red dates and yam chicken soup out of the pot!

I like to use a rice cooker to cook soup, it is easier, and it tastes good, the original flavor!
