Red Dates, Wolfberry and White Fungus Soup (with Glue in 20 Minutes)
1.
Prepare fresh white fungus, red dates, shelled and sliced, a small handful of wolfberry, and some rock sugar
2.
Wash the white fungus and remove the stalk at the bottom
3.
Cut the white fungus into small pieces, add red dates, wolfberry, rock sugar, and water
4.
Cook it for seven to seven forty-nine minutes, and you can get a white fungus soup full of gums and beauty.
Tips:
I cook it in a pressure cooker. After the high heat is boiled, turn the heat to medium and low and cook for another half an hour, turn it off, and let it sit for five minutes.
