Red Lotus Root Syrup

Prepare the raw materials, peel and wash the lotus root;

Wash the red fruit and remove the pit;
3.
Cut the lotus root into thin slices;
4.
Along the outside of the hole of the lotus root, trim a nice shape, soak the lotus root slices in cold water for 5 minutes to remove the starch on the surface;
5.
Pour pure water into the boiling pot, add lotus root slices and cook for 5 minutes;
6.
Then add rock sugar until the rock sugar melts;
7.
After the rock sugar in the saucepan has melted, pour the pitted red fruit and cook until soft and then turn off the heat.
