Red Mushroom Pork Bone Soup
1.
Prepare all ingredients
2.
Pork bones blanched in water
3.
Put the pork bones and ginger slices, add one liter of water to a boil, turn to a low heat and cook until 8/9 mature (I use a pressure cooker, about 15 minutes)
4.
Quickly rinse the sand with water from the tap, and soak in 0.5 warm water for 15 minutes (if the red fungus is freshly picked, there is no need to soak in the water), the water of the fungus will be red.
5.
Put the soaked red fungus into step 3 (pour the fungus water into the pot) and bring to a boil, then boil it for 4-5 minutes
6.
Season with salt and eat
7.
Ha ha! It doesn’t look very good, but the soup is very sweet
Tips:
1. When rubbing the red fungus and sand, do not soak the red fungus in water for too long to avoid losing the original flavor. (If the red fungus is freshly picked, there is no need to soak in water).
2. It can also be cooked with chicken, pig, fish or other meats.
3. If you want to make a better soup, it is best to use a ceramic pot. This time I used the pressure cooker to be fast.
