Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

A local chicken that won a prize in the Gourmet Jie Thanksgiving competition

The red mushroom (also called pine tree powder) unique to the Northeast can be replaced with other mushrooms

Chop the chicken and rinse repeatedly to remove blood
