One cooked pork belly.

Cut it in half and clean it if there is fat inside. I only used this half.

Shred pork belly.

Shred the peppers and cut the coriander into sections.

Add minced garlic, sugar, salt, and white vinegar.

Add oil chili peppers.

Mix well.

Finally, evenly pour the red chili oil on the belly strips.

The chili I used is slightly spicy, and the finished product is bright red, salty, and slightly spicy.
