The crispy lotus root with red chili oil is a popular dish to go with alcohol. It is said that the traditional red oil lotus root must be added with garlic, but I prefer the refreshing and sweet taste of the lotus root, and I am afraid that the garlic flavor will block the sweetness of the lotus root. I did not add garlic, so I used a method that suits my own taste, so I didn’t dare. Known as "Hunan Cuisine".

Ingredients

1. Put the chili noodles in a bowl

2. Put in the right amount of sesame

4. Heat the oil in the pot, turn off the heat and wait for about 15 seconds, then pour the oil into the chili noodles (the oil must be cooked, but cannot be poured into the chili noodles immediately, otherwise it will be mushy)

8. Boil water in a pot, add lotus root slices and blanch until cooked
