Red Panda Cookies

Divide the butter into two equal parts, cut into small pieces, and soften at room temperature

Add 60 grams of powdered sugar separately and beat with an electric whisk until thick and whitish.

Add the whole egg liquid in portions and stir until the egg liquid is completely absorbed

Mix 160 grams of low powder and 1 gram of salt into a basin and mix well; sieve another portion of 150 grams of low powder, 1 gram of salt, and 10 grams of cocoa powder into a basin and mix well.

Put the two-color dough into a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll the two-color dough into slices of about 3 mm, and use a mold to press out the shape required by the three-dimensional red panda.

Glue the pressed shapes together with egg liquid, line the baking tray with parchment paper, and place the prepared red panda biscuits with a certain gap between them.

Preheat the oven for 160, bake up and down, and put the biscuits in the oven.

Bake for 20 minutes, and the cute little panda biscuits are ready.
Tips:
Because of the delicate facial expressions of the red panda, it is easy to damage the dough when the mold is pressed into the shape. You can apply some oil in the mold to prevent it from sticking.
