Red Pitaya Steamed Buns
1.
Use the red pitaya to filter the remaining juice and make a dough that has been fermented.
2.
Roll the dough into a long double layer and fold it in half, then cut into thin strips and roll up from one side.
3.
Roll up three "lantern" steamed buns for the second time.
4.
Divide the remaining dough into a steamed bun and cut it into a chrysanthemum-shaped hair with sharp scissors.
5.
Cut the 3 doughs into chrysanthemum-shaped buns.
6.
Put the noodles in the cage.
7.
The steamed dough will start steaming for 15 minutes.
8.
The finished product of creative "lantern" steamed buns (the pure natural red fire dragon juice becomes lighter during the steaming process) is also very beautiful.
9.
Take pictures in different directions (the small black seeds of the red pitaya are clearly visible).
10.
