Red rice is used to make a homemade dish-Red Rice Rabbit Rice Ball. The rice is divided into many grades. The requirements for rice are very high. This time I chose red rice to make rice balls because red rice is rich in calcium, iron, zinc, The content of copper, magnesium, potassium and other trace elements, protein, amino acids, vitamins and fiber is much higher than that of ordinary high-quality rice. Including Arctic shrimp in the rice ball not only tastes more delicious, but also the nutritional content should not be underestimated~

Ingredients

Red Rice Bunny Rice Ball

1. Thaw the Arctic shrimp at room temperature and rinse with water

2. Remove the head, shell, and peel into shrimps, leave the last section of the shrimp tails unpeeled, fly it with boiling water, remove and drain for later use

3. Prepare the steamed red rice, cool to about 40 degrees, sprinkle some sushi soy sauce and mix well

4. Serve a spoonful of red rice and flatten it in your hands

5. Put another famous shrimp in it (the shrimp tails are exposed)

6. Wrap it tightly, put it on a plate, and make the body of a rabbit

7. Take another spoonful of red rice, flatten it on your hand, put 2 shrimps (showing shrimp tails) and rub them into rounds, and put them on top to make a rabbit head

8. It’s ok to use carrots to make eyes and shiitake mushrooms to make mouths~

9. After all are done, the 3 little bunnies are very cute~

Tips:

You can also use other shrimps but they must be marinated and blanched
