Red Rice Tofu Meatballs

Prepare the raw materials, soak the red rice one night in advance;

Add pork belly and ginger and chop into minced meat;
3.
Add salt, pepper powder, cooking wine and other seasonings to the minced meat and stir in one direction;

Put in the old tofu, put on disposable gloves and pinch it to the bottom;
5.
Mix the tofu and minced meat evenly;
6.
Rub the tofu meat filling into a small ball;
7.
Put the tofu balls into the soaked red rice and roll, so that the surface is covered with red rice;
8.
Boil water in a boiling pot, put the red rice tofu balls on the drawer, and steam on the pot;
9.
In about forty minutes, the red rice tofu balls are completed.
Tips:
1. The red rice should be soaked one night in advance; the minced pork should be chopped with pork belly to make it more fragrant, add some ginger when chopped in;
2. Tofu should use old tofu, the ratio of tofu to meat filling is 1:1, the tofu is crushed by hand and mixed with meat filling;
3. Red rice is not easy to be cooked because it is a coarse grain, so this red rice tofu ball will take longer than usual to steam.
