Red Three Chops

Prepare materials.

Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic separately and set aside.

Add cooking wine and salt to the pork filling for 20 minutes,

Dice tomatoes.

Dice red pepper.

Add jiusan edible oil to the pot, stir-fry the meat into the oil, then stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper.

Add the diced red pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Finally, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry with salt until the tomatoes are ripe.
Tips:
1. The non-spicy colored pepper is added to this dish.
2. Both noodles and rice are delicious.
3. It is more fragrant with pork chopped into small diced pieces. I used minced meat here as a lazy method.
