Red Velvet Cake

Prepare the required materials

After the butter is softened, add salt and sugar to mix, and use a whisk to beat into coarse particles (as shown in the picture)

Add the egg liquid in three times, and use a whisk to beat evenly each time before adding the next time

Add the lemon juice to the whipped butter paste and mix well

Add food coloring to skimmed milk and mix well

Add cocoa powder and baking soda to the flour and mix well

Add the mixed flour into the butter paste and mix well

In the well-stirred butter paste, add the tuned colored milk in three times, and stir as shown in the figure

Put the evenly mixed cake batter into the piping bag, and evenly squeeze it into the cake mold. Put it in a preheated 175° oven, bake the upper and lower layers for 25 minutes

After cooling the baked cake, squeeze the whipped cream and serve it
